١. نطاق هذه الشروط
تنطبق هذه الشروط على موقع عيادة الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد عبد الغني لجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية والجهاز الهضمي، وعلى صفحات العيادة على فيسبوك وإنستجرام ويوتيوب وتيك توك، وعلى رقم الواتساب الخاص بالعيادة. باستخدامك لها فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
٢. محتوى توعوي وليس استشارة طبية
- المقالات والمنشورات والفيديوهات للتوعية العامة فقط، ولا تغني عن الكشف الطبي.
- الردود على التعليقات والرسائل لا تُعد تشخيصًا أو خطة علاج، ولا تنشئ علاقة طبيب ومريض.
- في الحالات الطارئة توجه فورًا إلى أقرب قسم طوارئ أو اتصل بالإسعاف.
٣. الحجز والتواصل
يتم الحجز والاستفسار عبر الواتساب +20 12 8985 6768. تُوضَّح المواعيد والرسوم وسياسة العربون عند الحجز، ولا يكون الموعد مؤكدًا إلا بعد تأكيد العيادة.
٤. التعليقات والرسائل
- نرجو الالتزام بالاحترام وعدم نشر بياناتك الصحية أو بيانات غيرك في التعليقات العامة؛ راسلنا على الواتساب بدلًا من ذلك.
- يحق للعيادة إخفاء أو حذف التعليقات المسيئة أو الإعلانية أو المخالفة، أو التي تحتوي على بيانات شخصية.
٥. حقوق المحتوى
النصوص والصور والفيديوهات المنشورة مملوكة للعيادة. يمكنك مشاركة الروابط للاستخدام الشخصي، ولا يجوز نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة نشره لأغراض تجارية دون إذن مكتوب.
٦. المنصات الأخرى
عند استخدام صفحاتنا على المنصات الأخرى تنطبق أيضًا شروط تلك المنصات وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها، ومنها:
شروط خدمة يوتيوب وسياسة خصوصية Google،
وشروط خدمة تيك توك،
وشروط فيسبوك وشروط إنستجرام.
تستخدم العيادة أدوات معتمدة من هذه المنصات لنشر محتواها على حساباتها هي فقط والرد على التعليقات على صفحاتها، ولا تصل إلى حساباتك الشخصية.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
نحرص على دقة المعلومات وتحديثها، لكنها عامة وقد لا تناسب كل حالة؛ والعيادة غير مسؤولة عن أي قرار يُتخذ بناءً عليها دون استشارة طبية.

1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website of the clinic of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdelghany (HPB & GI surgery), the clinic's Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok pages, and the clinic's WhatsApp number. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Education, not medical advice
- Articles, posts and videos are general health education only and do not replace a medical consultation.
- Replies to comments and messages are not a diagnosis or treatment plan and do not create a doctor–patient relationship.
- In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department or call an ambulance straight away.
3. Booking and contact
Bookings and questions are handled on WhatsApp +20 12 8985 6768. Times, fees and the deposit policy are explained when you book, and an appointment is only confirmed once the clinic confirms it.
4. Comments and messages
- Please be respectful, and do not post your own or anyone else's health details in public comments — message us on WhatsApp instead.
- The clinic may hide or remove comments that are abusive, promotional, unlawful or contain personal information.
5. Content
The text, pictures and videos we publish belong to the clinic. You may share links for personal use; copying or republishing our content for commercial purposes needs our written permission.
6. Other platforms
When you use our pages on other platforms, their own terms and privacy policies also apply, including the
YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy,
the TikTok Terms of Service,
and the Facebook and Instagram terms.
The clinic uses these platforms' official tools to publish its own content to its own accounts and to answer comments on its own pages. It does not access your personal accounts.
7. Limits of responsibility
We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but it is general and may not fit every case; the clinic is not responsible for decisions made on it without a medical consultation.
