١. من نحن

هذه السياسة خاصة بعيادة الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد عبد الغني لجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية والجهاز الهضمي، بفرعيها في الزقازيق والقاهرة (التجمع الخامس)، وبهذا الموقع وبصفحاتنا على فيسبوك وإنستجرام ورقم الواتساب الخاص بالعيادة. نستخدم نظامًا إلكترونيًا آمنًا لإدارة الملفات الطبية والمواعيد.

٢. كيف نستخدم البيانات

تقديم الرعاية الطبية ومراجعة الحالات والتواصل معك بشأنها.
حجز المواعيد وتأكيدها وإرسال التذكيرات.
الرد على استفساراتك على الواتساب وفيسبوك وإنستجرام.
إصدار الوصفات والتقارير وخطابات الدخول والتحويل للأطباء والمستشفيات المشاركة في علاجك.
تحسين جودة الخدمة وسلامة المرضى، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.

٣. مع من نشارك البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا.

٤. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالملف الطبي للمدة التي تتطلبها اللوائح الطبية والقانون، ونحتفظ بالرسائل وبيانات الحجز للمدة اللازمة لخدمتك ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.

٥. حقوقك

أن تعرف ما لدينا من بياناتك وأن تحصل على نسخة من ملفك.
أن تطلب تصحيح أي بيانات غير صحيحة.
أن تطلب حذف بياناتك (انظر البند التالي)، مع مراعاة ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.
أن تطلب إيقاف الرسائل غير الضرورية، مثل الاستبيانات.

٦. كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك

أرسل رسالة واتساب إلى العيادة على الرقم +20 12 8985 6768 تكتب فيها: «أطلب حذف بياناتي» مع اسمك ورقم الهاتف المسجل لدينا.

سنتحقق من هويتك ونرد عليك، وننفذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يومًا. يشمل ذلك الرسائل وبيانات التواصل وما وصلنا من فيسبوك وإنستجرام. أما الملف الطبي فقد يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به لمدة محددة، وسنوضح لك ذلك، ولن يُستخدم إلا لأغراض علاجك أو الالتزام القانوني.

يمكنك أيضًا حذف تعليقاتك ورسائلك على فيسبوك وإنستجرام بنفسك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.

٧. الأطفال

بيانات المرضى أقل من ١٨ عامًا يقدمها ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني، وهو من يمارس الحقوق الواردة في هذه السياسة نيابةً عنهم.

٨. التعديلات والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. لأي سؤال عن الخصوصية تواصل معنا على الواتساب +20 12 8985 6768 أو من خلال صفحة التواصل.

1. Who we are

This policy covers the clinic of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdelghany (HPB & GI surgery) in Zagazig and Cairo (Fifth Settlement), this website, our Facebook and Instagram pages and the clinic's WhatsApp number. We use a secure electronic system for medical records and appointments.

2. How we use it

To provide medical care, review your case and contact you about it.
To book and confirm appointments and send reminders.
To answer your questions on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
To issue prescriptions, reports, admission letters and referral letters to the doctors and hospitals involved in your care.
To improve quality and patient safety, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your information.

4. How long we keep it

Medical records are kept for as long as medical regulations and the law require. Messages and booking information are kept as long as needed to serve you, then deleted or made anonymous.

5. Your rights

To know what information we hold about you and to receive a copy of your file.
To ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
To ask us to delete your information (see below), subject to what the law requires us to keep.
To ask us to stop non-essential messages such as surveys.

6. How to ask us to delete your data

Send a WhatsApp message to the clinic on +20 12 8985 6768 saying "Please delete my data", with your name and the phone number we have on file.

We will confirm your identity, reply to you, and complete the request within 30 days. This covers messages, contact details and anything we received from Facebook and Instagram. Medical records may have to be kept for a period required by law; we will tell you if so, and they will only be used for your care or legal obligations.

You can also delete your own comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram at any time in those apps.

7. Children

Information about patients under 18 is provided by a parent or legal guardian, who exercises the rights in this policy on their behalf.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. For any privacy question, message us on WhatsApp +20 12 8985 6768 or use the contact page.
